Acceptance of the Terms
By creating an account, accessing the app, purchasing a subscription, or using Neuro Melodies in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use Neuro Melodies.
Eligibility and Personal Use
You may use Neuro Melodies only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and are permitted to use the service under applicable law.
Neuro Melodies is licensed, not sold, to you for your personal, non-commercial use. No ownership rights are transferred to you by your use of the app.
Description of the Service
Neuro Melodies offers wellness-oriented audio experiences, personalized session recommendations, listening history, saved content, progress tracking, and subscription-based access to additional content or features.
Features, catalogs, soundscapes, personalization logic, and availability may change over time. Neuro Melodies may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.
Accounts and Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You should use accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
You must notify Neuro Melodies promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization or your credentials have been compromised.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals
Certain features may require a paid Premium subscription. Subscription prices, billing intervals, and included benefits will be shown in the app or store flow before purchase.
Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until canceled. Billing, renewal timing, cancellation, free trials, introductory offers, and refunds are governed by the Apple App Store or Google Play terms that apply to your purchase. You are responsible for managing subscription status through the platform account you used to subscribe.
Deleting your Neuro Melodies account does not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription. If you no longer want to be billed, you must also cancel through Apple or Google, as applicable.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected components except where prohibited by law, or use Neuro Melodies in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
- Do not copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its content without written permission.
- Do not attempt to bypass subscription gates, technical restrictions, or account protections.
- Do not introduce malicious code, automate abusive traffic, or interfere with the experience of other users.
Content and Intellectual Property
The app interface, audio sessions, graphics, branding, design, software, and related materials are owned by Neuro Melodies or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Neuro Melodies grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended personal purpose.
Wellness Use; No Medical Services
Neuro Melodies is intended for general wellness, relaxation, focus, and personal listening use. It is not a medical device, clinical service, or substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic care.
You must not rely on Neuro Melodies for diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, or mitigation of any medical or mental health condition. The Safety & Wellness Disclaimer is incorporated into these terms and forms part of your agreement with Neuro Melodies.
Third-Party Services and Platforms
Neuro Melodies may depend on third-party services or platform features, including account infrastructure, subscription tooling, device mail apps, Apple App Store, Google Play, and other vendor systems. Neuro Melodies is not responsible for third-party products, policies, outages, or independent decisions made by those providers.
Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Availability, Updates, and Support
Neuro Melodies aims to keep the service available and reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. The app may be unavailable due to maintenance, connectivity issues, platform outages, device compatibility limits, or other factors beyond our control.
Updates may be required for continued access to certain features. Neuro Melodies may limit or discontinue support for older app versions or device environments over time.
Suspension and Termination
Neuro Melodies may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create risk for other users or providers, or if continued service becomes impractical or unlawful.
You may stop using the app at any time. You may also delete your account from within the app, subject to any outstanding obligations that continue under these terms or under third-party store billing rules.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neuro Melodies and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
Neuro Melodies does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular outcome, and it does not guarantee any specific wellness or performance result from use of the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neuro Melodies and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and distribution partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the app.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms and Contact
Neuro Melodies may revise these terms from time to time. If material changes are made, the updated version will be posted in the app with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the app after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
